Phase 03
Two residential towers
The final phase includes the construction of two residential rental towers, rising 37 and 39 storeys, strategically located behind the new King David High School. Designed to support the continued revitalization of the Oakridge neighbourhood, the towers will provide much-needed rental housing, with 20% of the residential units allocated to a non-profit housing society, helping address Vancouver's growing need for affordable housing.
These towers will provide a mix of rental housing options, including below-market units, ensuring that affordable living spaces are accessible to a broad range of individuals and families.
By placing these residences right next to the new, modern community centre, this development will create an integrated space where people from all walks of life can live, work, and engage with the community.
This project will be a key part of the City of Vancouver’s vision for a revitalized Oakridge neighbourhood and a thriving new Mid-town, offering housing that serves the entire community while enhancing local services and amenities.
