Our construction manager

Urban One Builders has been selected as the Construction Manager for the new Jewish Community Centre. Their early involvement allows the project team to optimize design, construction sequencing, and value engineering before construction begins, helping maximize value and improve cost certainty through the tendering process. With extensive experience delivering large-scale residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects across British Columbia, Urban One brings the expertise needed to help guide this complex project from planning through completion.

Our consultants

Given the scale of our project and its significance for the redevelopment of the Oakridge neighbourhood, we have assembled a dedicated team of consultants and experts to ensure its timely and on-budget delivery. Our focus is on providing the best value for our community, the generous donors who have made it possible, and Greater Vancouver. This project, rooted in Jewish values, is designed to benefit everyone, reflecting our commitment to creating a lasting impact that extends beyond our community.
